their session: Usery Mountain – Mesa, AZ
I was like a kid in a candy store during this session. There is something so exciting about photographing in a new location, but it is especially exciting when you’re in a landscape as incredible as the Arizona desert. I got a piece of a cactus stuck in my shoe, which I think is really just the mark that it was an incredible session. When I found out that I would be going to Arizona to visit my sister, I knew that I had to take advantage of the setting and set up a shoot. Nancy and Bradley were absolutely perfect! Nancy and I went to high school together and her and Bradley are recently engaged so this session was meant to be! We spent the night soaking in the sunset, talking about local hikes and just having an all around awesome time together!
their love story
These two were so natural with each other, it was effortless to get gorgeous images of them. Nancy and Bradley first met in Connecticut and moved out to Arizona when Nancy was working as a traveling nurse. They loved it so much out there that they decided to stay and they almost convinced me to make the move out there too! They’ve now been in Arizona for two years and they have their wedding set for next March in the Dominican Republic! I’m so excited to see what the future holds for these two!
